Message of September 25, 2001

"Dear children! Also today I call you to prayer, especially today when Satan wants war and hatred. I call you anew, little children: pray and fast that God may give you peace. Witness peace to every heart and be carriers of peace in this world without peace. I am with you and intercede before God for each of you. And you do not be afraid because the one who prays is not afraid of evil and has no hatred in the heart. Thank you for having responded to my call."

On September 11th a group from the Children of Medjugorje Charity were on pilgrimage in Medjugorje when we heard the shocking news of the terrorist attack in America. On behalf of all our members we wish to convey our deepest sympathy to all those who lost their loved ones, and to all who were left injured in mind or body. Be assured that you were and will remain in our daily rosaries and Masses. May Our Lady Queen of Peace protect and guide all who are involved in the quest for Peace. We urge all our members to pray and fast as Our Lady has requested in bringing about peace to our broken world and try not to be discouraged or afraid at what has happened.
